Hope you are having a good week. Just to let you know I posted a new article. There are a few tips to help you become more present to your thoughts that I hope you find helpful.
Being Present
Have you never noticed how difficult it can be to have a clear head when you have eaten too much?
It is quite incredible. If I feel bloated and heavy from eating too much bread I find it more challenging to stay in the present. I'm a long term vegan and so I guess I'm used to eating fairly light foods. Recently I bought some home made bread and I just felt weighed down by it and noticed my mind was scattered everywhere....
Has anyone else experienced anything like that?
Cat, there are definitely certain foods that make us feel uncomfortable and also muddle our brains. Bread, rice, and pasta seem to be the main culprits. Joy
I agree. Thank you for your comment. I find that bread makes me feel heavy and bloated. Since we are a whole system then one thing can affect everything.
