Let's take the opportunity this day
Spread New Year's blessings 'round
Let's each send love
Through thoughts and prayers
Let bindings come unbound.

From thoughts that bind humanity
That keep each other tied
To preconceptions that we're different
When reality is
Our interwoven lives.

For all of us one family are
When looked at from above
The heavenly view sees everyone
As dear brothers and sisters
A family of love.

Keep up those New Year resolutions by reminding yourself at the beginning of your daily meditation ... my resolution is to be kind. :)
