Hello Friends, I am Remodeling a Bathroom for handicap person. Can you tell me the average dimensions for placement of Shower Dispenser? Is it good if I use Shower Dispenser in corner of wall for effective space utilization. Thanks.
Shower dispenser is best for handicap person and remodeling a bathroom is best option. Well if we say about dimension its all depends on its size and type. You can use it in corner as per the space availability. Check out awesome designed showers and walk in showers from the website on which i recently bought one from Universal Design Specialists.
If the person is in wheelchair, it will be mostly of 60 inches in diameter (1525 mm). Install the shower dispensers so the center line of the dispenser is at least 19 inches (915 mm) above the floor and so the forward edge of the dispenser is not more than 36 inches (485 mm) from the back wall of the handicap toilet. I recently bought a AVIVA 2 chamber dispenser from Better Living. A pretty good product with satin silver finish.
