Are you tired of people clicking "share" on all those Fake News stories? In the day of Twitter, Facebook and the internet , just how easy it it to tell if you are reading an Urban Legend or Fake News? It takes a keen sense of irony to be able to tell the difference these days. My newest article discusses this topic further at.

Urban Legend or Fake News
What do you think is an acceptable amount of satire in the news media?
In my opinion, there is far too much Fake news circulating today in our " social media " society . I enjoy a good farce as well as the next person, however, it seems that I can not even watch the National TV news without an encyclopedia and history book at my side. I find myself asking " is that true? does that sound right? " more often then not.
I recent weeks Facebook has announced that it is testing the feasibility of tagging satire articles in an answer to complaints from confused readers. Should this be Facebook's responsibility? I'd love to hear what you think?
