I'm really lousy at disciplining my 3 and 5 yr. old kids.

Well, Dad @ 50, if you have an addiction issue I can help you but I'm not sure I can help you with your kids. Get on the Early Childhood forum or with someone who can help you with this problem. Honestly, if you are 50 and have young kids, you might just have to let them drive you crazy. That's why I opted to have my kids at a much young age. More patience! Sorry I can't do better but I also don't know what they are doing that drives you crazy. If they are just being kids...that comes with the territory. If they are unmanageable because you & the mom are permissive, that's another story. The type of suggestions you get will also depend on how old the folks are giving you help. It is a lot different then when I raised my kids.
