Never mind the birds and the bees, how about the birds and the birds?! I just watched an eagle lay an egg!!!! :rolling: Star, the bald eagle of Kent Washington eaglecam fame, just laid her second egg! The first made its appearance 3 days ago, all right on schedule:

Lucky you, Shelley! I've never seen a bird--much less an eagle!!!--lay an egg. And I didn't even get to see any osprey mating yesterday, either.

Karen, it sounds like your daughter has taken a true naturalist's take on the whole osprey scene. Good for her.
