Bunny sighting...sort of - 03/06/04 02:24 PM
This morning, I took out the trash and, as I put the bag down, I noticed some rabbit poop! I guess Simba's been keeping them out of the backyard so I didn't know they were around. They must come from the golf course at night. I've also heard rumors of coyotes on the golf course, but so far haven't seen one!
After I stopped looking at bunny poop, I realized there was a tremendous racket going on across the street. On top of that house, were about 10 boat-tailed grackle, all with their beaks pointing straight up at the sky, standing there making some really fun noises. I wonder if it was a mating ritual or something...
