Waistlines Affect Brain Health, Believe It
I remember reading about that last year and posted about it too. A big waist is a symptom of poor health so makes total sense. Mental illness is very closely tied to unhealthy eating and lack of exercise too.

Lots of great research on this that people can look up to see that you're not crazy.

My secret to staying lean and healthy is exercising every day and eating super foods. I don't believe in low fat, low carb or dieting. I just eat a clean healthy diet that's right for my metabolic type and that boosts health and wellness : )



Thanks Monica for letting me in on some of your tips... Have you written anything around "metabolic types" that I could read up on?
