Lancaster's much more than Pennsylvania Dutch farmlands. Find out about the city's burgeoning gallery and shopping districts, good restaurants, Segway tours and fun hotels in my Adventure Living column.
Please tell me what you like best about Lancaster, PA.

Thanks,

Great article ie: "Call us nostalgic, but the region’s landscape of plowed fields, lush in season with corn, alfalfa, cantaloupe, sweet potatoes and other produce is soothing, especially when a black Amish buggy pulled by high-stepping horses takes up the foreground."

You can call me nostaligic too!I'm from Chester County which is right next to Lancaster County. And right now I'm living in New York City, culture everywhere, but no plowed fields. Sigh...

This is why travel is so very important, seeing various places broadens your horizons.
