So I am due in the end of January, we are having a little girl. My husband and I just got back from a doctors appointment a few hours ago, and we found out we are having another set of twins. The smaller of the two is behind are little girl, and it is a boy. My husband, a great man, went back to work, me I am in shock...that will be 4 kids under the age of 3, and we are young at both 26. I have been crying in happiness and shock for the last few hours...so we are going to need help with a boys name. My husband has left this set of twins names open since he named the last...here are a few I can think of right now that I love, and I dont need the names to be too similar like are other boys. We are almost 100% set on Irelyn as are daughters name

Lennyn David and Irelyn Kathleen
Seth and Irelyn
Brenden/Brennan and Irelyn
Liam and Irelyn
Reese and Irelyn
Keenan and Irelyn
Kendal and Irelyn
Zavier and Irelyn

Can you assist on boys names that you feel will go with Irelyn (girl)

Signed...needing emotional support right now

Wow--that's a lot of twins! What a great blessing.

I always wanted twins, but don't know how I would have handled even one set. It's good you are both young--lots of energy!

For names, I like Liam Seth and Irelyn Kathleen.

Good Luck & God Bless!

Oh! I really like that Liam Seth...has a great ring to it and goes well with Irelyn Kathleen

Since you guys picked same-first-letter names for your first set of twins, that would be cute if it was the same for your second set... like Iain (or Ian) and Irelyn.

Iain Zavier (or David) and Irelyn Colleen (or Kathleen).

I think that would be kinda cute... you have Colton and Caleb, and Iain and Irelyn.

But I also love the name Liam as well.

Congrats twice over!!

Iain is really cute, we looked at other names for boys with the letter "I", like Isaiah and also Ivan, but I like Iain the best. Not too many boys names that start with I

lol, yeah, arent too many I names for boys... I have found some at babynames.com, but most of them arent very good at all. The only ones I like are the variations of Iain (Iain, Ian, and Ion). Isaac and Isaiah are nice too and Ivan is kinda cool... but eh... I definately like Iain the best.

I hope you have family close by to help you. You are amazing to be doing this. Good Luck....

You could go with C for a boy since your other two are boys and have C names. I love the name Irelyn. There are so many wonderful Gaelic names, search them out to see what you like with Irelyn. Maybe another country name to go with Irelyn. Mine are US presidents - didn't really mean to do that though. There are so many different ways to find something to make the the same but differeent.

First Letter, Last syllabel, last names, countries, cities, states, biblical, contemporaty, you get the idea....

Irelyn is going to be a very lucky girl having so many brothers to watch out for her.

Have fun with her..... It'll be interesting to see if she turns out to be a tomboy or a girly girl with all those boys around to play with.

Thank you so much. We are very lucky to have family close by. My parents are about an hour away and his parents are just down the street. Our house is going to be full. We have a 4 bedroom and a full basement with a room, so we are going to move the boys into their big boy room here shortly, and put the new additions into their baby room (no need to change the decor since we went neutral. Once they all get old enough, we will move are room downstairs and they will each have their own room if they want...I know the twins are inseperable right now, not sure how the next set will be.

My husband likes the name Kohlman (Coleman), but I feel it is too similar to Colton...do you all agree?

Carennedy- I hope she is a girly girl, but I am sure she will be some what tough. I cant wait to have pink and purples in the house!

I think we have agreed that these will be are last babies, kind of bittersweet!

Kohlman is kinda cool... but I am still stuck on Iain, lol. Maybe Iain Kohlman? You're right that it does sound too much like Colton, so using it as a middle name might work better. ;-)

I will suggest Kohlman as a middle name. We were laughing last night cuz he told me I could name this set...let me tell ya, I have full reign of Irelyn's name, but are baby boy...he is putting a lot of input in. He does like Iain and Liam

I think we have agreed...

Irelyn Kathleen and Iain Kohlman

2nd choice...

Irelyn Kathleen and Liam Kohlman

My hubby said we will know which name fits our son when he is born...I am due in 8 weeks, but twins usually come early...well Colton and Caleb did

Niamh...yes it was quite a shock this far into the pregnancy to find out we are having another set of twins. The set the due date one month prior to my original due date when they found out there was two. But I am thankful the Dr saw him other wise we wouldnt be prepared. I will for sure let you know when they are born...and the names. I should be able to have some time on the computer when my parents and hubby's parents are staying with us.
