Do you change your sandwiches when it's hot outside?

When the thermometer hits 90 plus Fahrenheit, I tend to have more cold sandwiches; use lettuce or cabbage leaves as wraps and I pre-make spreads like ham salad; chicken salad and egg salad. I also tend to eat lighter when it's hot out. More fruits and fresh vegetables. How about you?

Hi Chef Catherine:

Yes, I do tend to change sandwich contents depending on how hot or cold it is outside.

I am living in Florida right now, so believe me, it is more hot outside than cold smile

But when I head back home to Alabama when my temporary gig ends, you can believe me I will be looking for stuff to warm up my insides.

Great post smile

Thank you!!!! Being in Tennessee our Winter weather right now is up and down. So, my meals are doing much the same. When I prepare foods based on the temp outside it usually appeals to the majority in the household.

Safe travels and happy days to you!
