close your eyes take a deep breath and visualise two beings of bright white light before you.they love you very much you know who you are and you know who they are . they take you by the hand and you let them guide you.you look down and notice 3 of them hovering above you .the scene of the room you were in as disappeard now you can see only 2 of lightbeings .you look down ans see you wearing a glowing white gown it is the most comfortable ,natural feeling outfit you have ever worn .you find yourslef in a beautiful dome shaped temple.the lighttbeings lead you to stand on a circular platform.you notice arched windows surround the top of the temple.each window has a glass pane with a diffrent jewel colour.then a strong beam of light shines though the red glass window and you see you covered with the red light.the lightbeings ask you to inhale deeply .and as you exhale the light goes though the next window .and you are covered with a bright orange light.the lightbeings ask you to turn in a clockwise direction and your body is covered in orange light .when you finished this colour thhe beam of light shines though a bright yellow window.your body glows like a yellow sun.you feel warm and loved.next the light shines though a green window and you mmarvel as your hands glow a bright shade of green.just then the beam filters though a light blue window.yoou are bathed in a gorgeous shade of blue like a crystal blue lake.the lightbeings remind you to keep breathing in and out.as you do the bright light shines though a violet red arched window and you feel yourslef lifted with this strong energy colour that surronds you.the light then steams though a purple window and you hear music fill the temple.you and the lightbeings look up and see hundreds of cherub angels floating around you.they smile at you and you smile back at the angels.the light surrounds the temple shining though the windows simultaneously you watch as a rainbow of jewel colours swirls around the angels the lighbeings and yourslef .the lightbeings outstrech there hands and escort you back to the platform.you notice how light and wonderfull you feel as the lightbeings guide you back into your room.as you open your eyes you know that you have just received a most rejueratinng tretmet in the temple of healing .
