Is anyone else familiar with this show? It's been a couple of years since I've had TV, let alone cable, but I used to love that show in the morning. I discovered it when I was in the Army and if my roommate wasn't up, I used to do it before work on non PT days (and I fully credit it for helping me do so well on my push-ups - all those up and down dogs). I taped a few episodes as the Oxygen network gave me a big fat "No" when I asked about DVDs of the show for home practice. :-( However, as I am without a TV, I'm also without a VCR to watch said episodes. Does anyone know of anyplace where DVDs or downloads might be available of the show or of any other instructionals he did. (I can't think of his name - Steve something?) I've got other DVDs but I think what I liked about that show was that he really allowed you to hold the poses. Some DVD practices I have used just whip right through things and I never feel like I get the full benefit of the pose before I have to move on. That early in the morning, there's no such thing as moving quickly. :) But with his selection of music (doing yoga to James Brown - whodathunkit?) there's enough to wake me up. Thanks!

Sorry Apple Blossom, but I have no experience with "Inhale" on Oxygen. I too watch very little TV. I see that you commented on Joanj post about free yoga sites and hope you find something there to meet your needs. I really like Baron Baptist for a Power Yoga workout and you can pick up some of his older DVDs pretty reasonably on Amazon.
