We should have milk with our cookies, too. I just read that we need to balance the sugar our liver takes in with protein (like in milk) so insulin doesn't rush through our bodies.

I didn't know that was why we always had milk growing up with our cookies. I thought it was just SO good! Yes, I LOVE chocolate chip, unless you have some white chocolate macadamia. Yummy...Guess I'd better have a bowl of oatmeal. Sounds like I'm getting hungry.
