Queen + Paul Rodgers just released a new album called Cosmos Rocks, and it is a realllly good cd. It only came out yesterday, I picked mine up this morning and can't stop listening...
If you haven't heard it yet, but you are interested, I found this site online where you can find just about anything Queen.. Old stuff to new, tickets, albums, New live footage from the tour they are on right now, and even more stuff... And another thing that is cool about it, it's an online sim thing that allows you to walk around a virtual Queen party and chat with other Queen fans too. It's pretty interesting.. Definitely a different experience, but one that you should try.

I love Queen. Some of the best stuff from the 70s came from their creatively strange brains.

I loved Queen as a teen and still do now. Their music was so creative and unique. Freddie Mercury was amazing.

Thank you for pointing out it's Freddie Mercury, not Frank...

But anyways, yes... you are all right on track.. He was and still is one of my favorite vocalists, along side with Klaus Meine...

If you guys loved Queen then, I am sure you will love the new album, whether Freddie is there or not, I can honestly say it is still amazing.. We all know that Paul Rodgers will never replace Freddie.. But that's the great thing, he isn't trying to! And he still does a great job... You should give it a listen here...

Ooops, sorry. I meant Fred. I can't believe I goofed. Oh, well, you fans know his name. Point is, the music is good and I can't wait to tell hubbie about the new album.

I love Queen too. Brian May is an astrophysicist too. He got his degree two summers ago, I believe.

It's funny about Queen - Dan and I kept playing "we are the champions" when we saw Obama won.

Queen is good for any occasion!

I got the chance to write a guest article for Kryssie's Today in History site about a month ago, and I wrote it on Freddie Mercury. That man was amazing!

One of my favorite albums is "It's a Kind of Magic" which was used as the soundtrack for the original "Highlander" movie (you know, the good one, LOL!)

But every high school band today STILL plays "We Will Rock You" and "We are the Champions". That's staying power!

And let us not forget "Bohemian Rhapsody" as lipsynced by Wayne and Garth - "We're not worthy!"

Bohemian Rhapsody is one of my top ten favorite songs ever.

I still remember Freddie Mercury and Queen at Live Aid in 1985. I actually bought the 20th anniversary edition of the dvds, and that concert was still incredible!!
