It's less than a week until we celebrate reading! What are your plans?

Are you ready to party tomorrow?? I am making green scrambled eggs!

It's finally here! March 2 and Read Across America Day! I am up early with my plate of green eggs and sausage, also a smoothie. I'm going to read my book with my breakfast.

What are you doing today?

I didn't color the eggs with food coloring, I used a mix of spinach, chard, kale, and arugula for the green.

My green eggs were delicious! I also read a whole book!
