Otakon has announced that Masao Maruyama, the founder of the Madhouse animation studio, will be a guest at their upcoming convention. Anime has helped to produce include Unico, Ninja Scroll, Cardcaptor Sakura, Monster, Death Note, and Paprika.

Otakon is taking place July 27-29, 2012 in Baltimore, Maryland.
