Despite our best efforts at coaxing our sewing machines to produce a secure, uniform interlocked stitch, frustrating difficulties are inevitable along the way. This highly functional multiple component machine must have everything working in synchronous harmony to produce thousands of even stitches.

You'll be proud of me - I was cleaning out a basket with STUFF in it and found clothes pins. So using part of a bath towel I made a clothes pin bag and hung it up with a hanger. My friend and I wondered if they still have clothes pins. LOL. I use them for things other than hanging up clothes. In my neighborhood, HOA rules say, "no clothes lines outside." Sad.

I am proud of your upcycling! I still use clothes pins but mostly for crafting projects. I have many childhood memories of hanging up clothes to dry from a line attached from our home to a tree. The clothes pin bag held lots of clothes pins. From what I remember, most everyone in the neighborhood hung clothes to dry from an outside line but that was of course before the use of clothes dryers. I still remember the scent of freshly line dried sheets that soaked up the sunshine and outside fresh air.

There is nothing like drying items on a line outside. Just think of what is happening to your clothing and linens when you empty the lint filter.
