I would love to create a regular group meditation session with you. A time when we can come together in spirit and meditate to create powerful changes. When we meditate collectively we can make profound changes in our life and to those around us.
It has been documented that a group of meditators came together with the intention to reduce the crime rate in an American city by a certain percentage and through their sitting together for a week holding the same intention, the crime rate was in fact reduced. Incredible!
I sit every day for 30mins in the morning and 30mins in the evening. It would be wonderful if you could join me - even if it is just for some of the time if 30 minutes is too long for you. I love to think of the love and connection we create collectively as we sit in peace for love, abundance, health and wellbeing.
I am based in the UK and my sitting times are generally 7.30am GMT and 10pm GMT. Would love for you to join me.
