The Venice Film Festival, which will be in-person this year, runs from September 1st through the 11th. One of the films recently added to the line-up is "Becoming Led Zeppelin", directed by Bernard MacMahon and produced and co-written by Allison McGourty. The filmmakers were granted full access to archival materials as Robert Plant and Jimmy Page cooperated in the making of the doc.
Feature films competing at Venice include Jane Campion's "The Power of the Dog" and Ana Lily Amirpour's "Mona Lisa and the Blood Moon". The fest opens with Pedro Almodovar's "Parallel Mothers", starring Penelope Cruz.
