Hello everyone,

A very warm welcome to the Self Development Forum!

Thanksgiving is a Harvest festival celebrating gratitude for peace and harmony. Do you know why it is pertinent to your personal and self development, and to your life today and every day?

See: Thanksgiving Harvest Festivals and Gratitude

How do you normally celebrate?

I'd love to receive your feedback so do add your comments, queries, thoughts, etc., to this Forum thread. I look forward to hearing from you!

Warm wishes
Joy

Happy Thanksgiving. We congregated at my son's house. There were 8 of us and spaced out somewhat. I enjoyed seeing my family. I was sorry that my daughter from Pennsylvania couldn't join us but we did some facetime. If they left PA they would have had to do a 14-day quarantine before returning to work.

We celebrated Thanksgiving differently this year due to the Coronavirus. Normally, relatives would come over but we had to pass this year for safety purposes. There's technology anyway so we just video called everyone and it was fun. Not like the usual, but it's better to safe. I think that's how Christmas is going to be as well.

Hi Krztypie, I guess you used the same technology for your Christmas get-together as well. Joy
