I have just started my Bokashi bins again after a break of several months - and I am so pleased to be there once more. It is such a suitable method for so many reasons and especially for container gardeners.
I think there is something holy about doing something good for your plants and soil and the worms and nature and the landfill and kitchen food scraps all those good things! Anyway - go here to be reminded:
