Hi Angie,

Re: Self Development Mistakes

In the way we live today, we are bombarded with information and the fear of ‘missing out’ can be very debilitating. The key is to be aware that the more info you sign up for, the less focused you become and the less you get done….not to mention all the stress it brings! A way to resolve this is to choose just one or two sites to learn from, then move onto another couple as your ‘self’ develops.
