Sophia Loren is making her first feature film in a decade. A remake of the 1977 film "Madame Rosa", the new film is titled "The Life Ahead" and is directed by Loren's son, Edoardo Ponti. Loren plays a Holocaust survivor who befriends a young Senegalese immigrant. The film is currently shooting in Italy with no release date scheduled yet.
