This is my very first short story bookmark.
My Library Girl

I like the library. I don’t like the going part, I like the coming home part.
I don’t go or even come home. If I had a vest or badge, I could. I don’t.
My girl has a card. She can go.
She goes every day, all of the days. She comes home every day, all of the days.
She brings things home — books to read.
I can’t read. She can. She reads words and tells me the pictures. I can’t see.
She reads and tells. I listen and eat a biscuit.
I like the coming home part. I like the reading part. But, I really love my library girl.
