Yesterday I had Selection orange juice and Pepsi with one half Pom english muffin (butter), Kraft Dinner extra creamy pasta with white mushrooms pan fried in butter with onion salt (a lot remained), Spitz salted sunflower seeds in shells, Coaticook chocolate ice cream, white uncooked potatoes pan fried in butter and two eggs with Philadelphia and pepper scrambled in the grease and butter.

I also took Adult Essentials complete vitamin gummies for women.

Yesterday I had Pepsi and Ginger Ale, tried to eat one white uncooked potato pan fried in butter but could only eat one piece (too much panic), some food from the restaurant closed for months between Matane and here (i asked for 2 cheeseburgers with mustard and a small fries - ate 1 cheese and some fries with ketchup), more of the fries with ketchup again (the rest is in the fridge), white uncooked potatoes pan fried in butter, white rice with tomato paste, No Name pretzel sticks.

Yesterday I had Rougemont grape juice, water, Pepsi and Ginger Ale with an half of a Pom english muffin (butter), the rest of the restaurant leftovers (took off the dark part of the top bread and ate about half of the fries with ketchup), Coaticook vanilla ice cream, Frank wavy salt and vinegar chips (sadly they are bad), white rice with one white mushroom and one green onion pan fried in butter all with tomato paste and white uncooked potatoes and white boiled (the same day) potatoes pan fried in butter.

Well, it's harvest time here in summer. I've been adding fried tomatoes to my diet - usually preparing when I need a snack. I slice almost ripe tomatoes from my garden, dredge in flour and free in my lightly oiled iron skillet. Tastes of childhood …
