So many people plunk down in front of a TV and sit their for hours. And then they wonder why they can't sleep well, why they feel awful, why they are so stressed, and more.

Our bodies were not meant to sit stationary and stare at a glowing electronic box for hours. Especially when it involves eating junk food at the same time.

Turn off that TV! Get up and get in motion. There are so many things you can do. Visit a local park. Go for a walk. Put on music and dance. What are some other options?
