I'm listing a number of excess items from my house on ebay. I've done this for years. It seems like some things go right away and others stay on there for 2 or 3 years or more without a sale.
Do you think I should lower the price? Or is it better to add a "or best offer" to the existing price, so the buyer thinks they're getting a deal?
