I will finally try the last dosage of the first tried melatonin tonight. If it does not work all night then I will keep trying pure melatonin (nothing added except things for taste) then if still does not work until I have no insomnia I will try other things, at least it is all natural unlike the poison made by pharmaceutical companies (insomnia forever is a better option that taking medication).

All it did is make me feel sleepy for a few seconds, that is it!

I decided to next go with a spray or liquid since I had yet to try in these forms and I will go with Adrien Gagnon 3mg liquid with a wildberry flavor (like all the others ive tried so far its only the melatonin + flavor), it says to dilute in water or juice but I will just take it and then drink water because I am used to taking thins that way plus knowing myself it would be too much for me taking it like it. I will buy it from Amazon Canada (less $ than in drugstores here - should of also done that with the few melatonins bought in drugstores because these ended up costing more there). I almost went for a spray but something was telling me to try this first. If there are lines on the thing that takes the liquid (provided with the bottle - compte gouttes in french - this is 1 of the rare times i only know the name of something in french instead of english) then it will be easy to try from 1mg to 10 mg (3mg is the compte gouttes full) and maybe even go in between.

The new melatonin has arrived but Tuesday and Thursday I have to get up at certain times so won't try until this is passed.

Turns out 1ml is 3mg, their dropper has a 1ml and a 0,5ml so it only tells for 2mg and 3mg. The ones I bought at a Walmart months ago is by quarters not thirds (maybe 1/4 is 1mg - my brain is too screwed up with the insomnia to calculate it) but I will use it so in total there will be at least twelve dosages (if I figure out what makes 1mg i could try more if none of those 12 works).

I finally earlier today disinfected the dropper so soon I will try the first dosage (still have no idea what the 1/4 and 3/4 of ml will do as a dosage).

It took effect very fast (almost immediately) and I felt high and close to falling asleep for a long time before finally falling asleep, went to bed after 2:00 and after 8:00 I woke up and I tried for almost two hours to fall back asleep but could not, I may of for minutes or seconds and if it happened it may of been before I looked at the time.

It took effect again quickly but a little less quickly and this time the first effects were feeling weird on my right then having my head spin, in bed I felt weird and that was about it, I fell asleep quicker than the first time and fell back asleep more, so 1/2ml did not worked all night but it worked better.
