Checking in to see where you might be on your lists (of 3 things to do) or if you have scraped the last one and are creating a new list?
I've just created my new list of three goals and the first one is a continuation of the journaling I have been doing. Even if it is just a few sentences, I will at least begin my day with that already done. And like always my #2, & 3 involve home improvement. (LOL)
and they will involve help from other household members, I'll let you know how it goes, I'm setting short timelines on each of them so that they may actually get done!
How are your personal goals going? I hope you're not too exhausted from doing your in home improvement goals? I've began to pick out some paint colors to improve my laundry room. This room has builder's paint on it and has not been touched in sixteen years. It's a small room and will do this myself. If you have painting tips please let me know.
Journaling is going well. Still doing it. My new goal there is to put a bit more thought into my entries,as they have been somewhat drab.
My third spring goal is to create and stay on a regular writing schedule. Throughout my career, this has been a pet peeve as I usually have too many "irons in the fire", I'm honing in my social media.
What are your personal goals and are you staying with them.
I have replaced my desk chair with a giant ball! I am determined to build up my core strength. I am also finding that this is the most comfortable thing to sit on ever! I highly recommend! Building my core strength is just one of my fitness goals for this year! I hope you've set your goals and that they are attainable ones, and that I see you all coming on telling me you've made your goal!
