Yesterday I had Compliments fruit punch, Pepsi and Ginger Ale with two toasts made with Gadoua white bread (no crusts - 1 with butter and 1 with butter and coconut spread, meat and vegetables boiled (slices of what was a beef roast - out the freezer when i did that - + 2 white potatoes and 1 carrot - eaten with butter -), three white uncooked potatoes pan fried in butter and olive oil and vegetable oil with pieces of a small yellow onion, Lay's wavy salt and vinegar chips, one white uncooked potato pan fried in the grease and butter and one egg scrambled in the grease and butter.

I also took Adult Essentials complete vitamin gummies for women.

The pieces of onion were from a white one not yellow and it was big not small.

Yesterday I had Compliments fruit punch, Pepsi and Ginger Ale with two toasts made with Gadoua white bread (no crusts - 1 with butter and 1 with butter and coconut spread), ItalPasta tuna in olive oil, Lay's wavy salt and vinegar chips, one white boiled by mom a while ago and three white uncooked potatoes pan fried with pieces of a white onion in butter and olive oil, one white boiled by mom the same day as the other potato pan fried in the grease and butter and pieces of the white onion pan fried in the grease and butter then one egg scrambled on it, one white uncooked potato pan fried in the grease and butter and one and a half bacon slice cooked in that pan.

I also took Adult Essentials complete vitamin gummies for women.

I also took Adult Essentials complete vitamin gummies for women.
