Yesterday I had Compliments fruit punch, Pepsi and Ginger Ale with two toasts made with Gadoua white bread (no crusts - butter), the meat and sauce and vegetables leftovers, six white uncooked potatoes pan fried with pieces of a small yellow onion in butter and one egg scrambled in the grease and butter, Lay's wavy salt and vinegar chips, macaroni with butter (did not eat all that), two white uncooked potatoes pan fried in the grease and butter.

I also took Adult Essentials complete vitamin gummies for women.

Yesterday I had Compliments fruit punch, Pepsi and Ginger Ale with two toasts made with Gadoua white bread (no crusts - 1 with butter and 1 with butter and coconut spread), six white uncooked potatoes with pieces of a small yellow onion and pepper pan fried in vegetable oil, Lay's wavy salt and vinegar chips, a Minions Kinder surprise, rotini with tomato paste and onion salt, two white uncooked potatoes pan fried in the grease and butter.

I also took Adult Essentials complete vitamin gummies for women.

Yesterday I had Compliments fruit punch, Pepsi and Ginger Ale with four toasts made with a fresh white bread baked and cut at IGA (no crusts - butter), four slices of what was a pork roast (out the freezer 2 days prior) and two white potatoes (eaten with butter) boiled, Lay's wavy salt and vinegar chips, pieces of a small yellow onion and white mushrooms pan fried in butter with bows and tomato paste and pepper.

I also took Adult Essentials complete vitamin gummies for women.

Yesterday I had Compliments fruit punch, Pepsi and Ginger Ale with two toasts made with the white bread (no crusts - butter), the rest of the white cake dough mom was making when I was finishing the morning routine, Selection chicken penne (some remained and was put in the fridge - did not eat the chicken and green pepper pieces and tried to eat the less big pepper pieces as possible), a cup cake baked by mom, one slice of bacon and four or five white uncooked potatoes pan fried in the grease and butter and one white mushroom pan fried in the grease and butter then one egg scrambled on it, another cup cake, two white uncooked potatoes pan fried in the grease and butter.

I also took Adult Essentials complete vitamin gummies for women.

Compliments fruit punch has **22g** of sugar in it. You are drinking sugar water. There has got to be some other variety of drink you can drink like orange juice or something that is better for you. What you are drinking right now is a poison that fuels cancer cells. There just isn't any reason to drink that. Please please think about how the food you inject impacts your mood. The more bad food you ingest, the harder it is for you to think or plan or anything else.

Yesterday I had Compliments fruit punch, Pepsi and Ginger Ale with one toast made with the white bread (no crusts - butter and i do not remember if i also put coconut spread or not), some of the meat and sauce and vegetables leftovers (finished the vegs and ate also some of the beef), food from Pizzeria Le Marquis (fries [ate those with ketchup] and all dressed pizza [only ate some peperoni when getting the first slice ready - ate 1 or 2 piece of green pepper - ate the inside of the end of the crust and just a little of the half end of the crust because most was too cooked]), one slice of bacon and one white boiled potato by mom the previous day and four white uncooked potatoes pan fried in the grease and butter.

I also took Adult Essentials complete vitamin gummies for women.
