The cortisone, continue the Tucker Carlson marathon, errands (1 that i cannot wait for is the drugstore to get a new melatonin), if the inflammation is still there the cortisone and try the new melatonin (the same brand and same way of using as the last BUT that 1 worked 7 times and it was 5mg so the 10mg should at least work longer).

The only writing I do is notes; things I have in my head, things I need to do, things I need to buy, things to remember, things for later and other kinds of note like recipes (almost all are in the same notepad of my computer).

The cortisone, find another melatonin (first i will give a review of that horrible 1 i tried last night), continue the Tucker Carlson marathon and if the inflammation is still there the cortisone.
By the way yesterday I finally had the guts to check (last time was either start of autumn or end of summer) the blue house that would be perfect and I was so relieved to see it was still available, the others not (only 1 made me a little sad - the other was too pricey so i was going to delete it anyway).
