Yesterday I had Compliments fruit punch, water, Pepsi and Ginger Ale with two fried eggs and two Gadoua white bread slices (did not eat the whites and crusts), the rest of the cucumber and macaroni, Dainty chicken rice (added vegetable oil before cooking it - the rest is in the fridge), Coaticook vanilla ice cream, three white uncooked potatoes pan fried in butter.

I also took Adult Essentials complete vitamin gummies for women.

Yesterday I had Compliments apple and grape juice, Pepsi and Ginger Ale with two toasts made with Gadoua white bread (no crusts - butter), the pork leftovers, vanilla cake dough (made by mom), two or three white uncooked potatoes pan fried in butter with pieces of a white onion, a vanilla cup cake (baked by mom), white rice with Selection tomato juice (barely ate any - the juice tasted weird).

I also took Adult Essentials complete vitamin gummies for women.
