I was feeling quite overwhelmed this morning but now I feel accomplished. I'd say my current stress level is probably a 3 out of 10. Not too bad.

Just counted my savings again, the first time I counted 28500$ and this time 29500$, I will count it again later so perhaps there will be more then too !

Monday mom will make the call to put our house for sale, or so she says.

She did call when I was sleeping (started sleeping in my bedroom last night). The real estate agent is coming this afternoon.

She again went on when I was eating breakfast (dad was out running errands - they had a fight this morning before i got up but missed the start because i was sleeping - i know it was about the house and the sale of it) that they won't let it go for less than a certain amount, they paid it 200000$ and then got a loan of 50000$ or 60000$ for renovations and they want it all back which unless a miracle happens it won't happen. In 2019 for sure they won't afford this place and maybe next year but I do not care because I have lots of money. I learned to budget and save while looking at them both with money.

Oh wow the irony that goes right above someone's head!

My mom is talking on the phone right now and she is whining to someone how her own mother was mean and how it hurt that some people to this day either takes her side or don't believe it!

A miracle happened, they both are outside so I will be able to eat at the kitchen table soon!

My stress level has gone down significantly now that I made a 30 day challenge not to look at any political Facebook posts. :-) Day 1 and it's feeling good!

Dianne, I'm with you. I have turned off almost all the news shows and I do very little FBing.

I am paying right now for all that time upstairs alone, hey, being able to get food and eat it in peace is of course a crime so of course I have to pay for that !

Finally our house is listed but with three errors and one is major. The biggest error is that oil is one of the way this house is heated (it was but we got rid of all that our first year), then he says that there's a wood stove which is not the case then the floor of my bedroom that it is ceramic which is not. Mom is supposed to call him tomorrow, she did not want to but I had to tell her several times that many people do not want certain things so perhaps many people won't even look at it just because of the oil (im 1 of the people who do not want to have gas and oil as heat source or whatever else), the other errors are easy to spot in the pictures but I remained her that with the money he will get (5%) he should be able to write every details correctly.

A beautiful place like that should be peaceful but when it comes with my parents it is not!
