I went on the beach a few minutes ago; at first I just wanted to go in the water a little which is why I put on my rain boots then since more than three quarters was under the water I started to walk then I decided to walk to where the post office boxes are at the end of the street (first time walking there while on the beach), there's two big rocks near the stop sign and I put my back on the biggest and stayed there a while then I went to where the water stream on our yard goes on the beach and walked in the water and stayed there a while before going back inside.

I did a bit of gardening in the morning. I think that's exercise right? :)

It may not be considered exercise but it is closed to it plus you are outside which is another benefit.
