Just read this on Forbes.com

"When it comes to making money, it still pays to be a man.

On U.S. TV, prime-times 10 top-earning men collectively raked in $308 million between June 1, 2009 and June 1, 2010 - nearly double the $162 million their female counterparts pulled down during the same period."

What do you think? Are you surprised that as women we're still dealing with wage differences?

Why do you think women are still earning less?

In my opinion, men and women have different approach in every situation including business. There are many reasons why.
