Yesterday it was foggy off/on, snowing off/on and windy.
At night it was snowing on/off, foggy off/on and windy.
When I went to bed it was snowing, windy and the sun was somewhat risen.
When I got up it was partly cloudy and windy.

Yesterday it was changing, snowing off/on, foggy off/on and windy.
At night it was snowing off/on, foggy off/on and windy.
When I went to bed it was starting or ending to fog, windy and the sun was starting to rise.
When I got up it was sunny and windy.
