What good ideas and so economical, too. Personally, I like a bit of chopped chicken with chopped cucumber, chopped tomatoes, chopped parsley and mayo on sour dough bread, topped with a lettuce leaf.

OK Connie! In the words of teens for DEFO steak salad. Especially if the steak (no matter what kind of leftovers) is slightly warmed in the microwave for a bit.

We got ham for 55 cents a pound, so I will be making some ham salad! It was even fully cooked ham.
