Yesterday I went to bed at 1:57 and got up at 12:20. I washed my bedding, did something important, watched the Dallas Stars at 19:00, Westworld at 23:00 and did something important. It was a night that I got up one time and a very bad day.

Just writing something so that the new page appears.

I had a routine appointment for at the hospital this morning. It's close to a stately home, so afterwards I walk through the grounds and have breakfast in the cafe there. I then walked on to get a bus to a shopping center in order to have my phone seen to - it was refusing to make calls, send messages or access the internet. Then I walked the mile home. Exercise done. Nap needed.

Yesterday I went to bed at 3:48 and got up at 11:43. I went outside (beach + yard), watched Judge Judy at 16:00, Dr Phil at 17:00 (stopped watching before the first commercials) and Canada's Worst Driver at 22:00. It was a bad night and a very bad day.

Yesterday I went to bed at 3:21 and got up at 12:22. I did something important (finally finished the plan - i was stuck on something and finally my brain clicked), watched Judge Judy at 16:00, Dr Phil at 17:00, the Dallas Stars at 20:00 and enjoyed seeing Hillary lose (yes it will be horrifying 4 years with Trump but with her it would of been worst + as a bonus we get to see all the types of social justice warriors especially feminists being defeated). It was a bad night and a very bad day.

Yesterday I went to bed at 4:13 and got up at 11:43. I washed the washcloths used to clean my glasses, ran errands with dad (Price = Caisse Desjardins [he stayed in the car] Mont-Joli = the biggest Uniprix + IGA), watched Judge Judy at 16:30 (decided to skip Dr Phil - it was about a wife who stays with an abusive husband + the couches were out which means its an episode of just women are perfect and men are scum) and Chopped Canada Junior at 20:00. It was a very bad night and a very bad day.

Yesterday I went to bed at 2:16 and got up at 11:29. I watched Ghost Adventures at 16:00, Dr Phil at 17:00, Judge Judy at 18:00, Judge Judy at 18:30 and the Dallas Stars at 21:00. It was a very bad night and a very bad day.

Yesterday I went to bed at 2:35 and got up at 10:59. I made an online order, watched Dr Phil at 15:00, Ghost Adventures: Aftershocks at 16:00, received a call from the aesthetician I will have today (she asked me if i could come 1 hour and 30 minutes in advance and i said ok), watched Hell's Kitchen at 20:00, the Dallas Stars at 21:00 and Real Time at 0:00. It was a very bad night and a very bad day.

Yesterday I went to bed at 2:18 and got up at 9:00. I ran errands with my parents (Rimouski = 13:00 waxing appointment [they ran errands during that time] + Le Club Papetier [dad stayed in the car] + the biggest Jean Coutu + Walmart [dad went to Super C when mom and i started there] + St-Hubert) and watched Ghost Adventures at 21:00. It was a very bad night and a very bad day.
