(1) It was overcast and windy.
(2) The Sun came out and it was blue sky and breezy.
(3) It clouded over and got drizzly.
(4) It rained.
(5) It rained harder.
(6) It rained some more.
(7) It's stopped raining.
But it hasn't snowed or anything like that.

Yesterday it was changing and windy.
At night it was windy, raining off/on and foggy off/on.
When I went to bed it was raining, windy and a little foggy.
When I got up it was mostly cloudy, raining and windy.

Yesterday it was changing, raining on/off, foggy off/on and windy.
At night it was windy.
When I went to bed it was windy.
When I got up it was windy and the sun was mostly risen.

It was a beautiful sunny day today. Unfortunately, it had been raining a lot yesterday, so the Sun was evaporating a lot of the water, making it rather muggy.
