The waves are still huge so I went on the beach after my morning routine and what follows was done. They were big when I got there and getting bigger with every minutes I spent there. Also the water is very cold, I had rain boots on but I was caught by some of the waves and ended up with lots of water in my boots and also on my pants up to my knees. Once when I was standing there one huge wave was coming and at the same time the wind became stronger and I almost ended up face first on the rocks!

Yesterday it was partly cloudy, raining off/on, foggy off/on and windy.
At night it was windy.
When I went to bed it was windy and the sun was starting to rise.
When I got up it was partly cloudy and windy.

Yesterday was mild, but overcast. Except when I needed to go out for an appointment when it stayed mild, but there was a heavy rain shower. (Fortunately, there were some warning drops before I left, so I had my umbrella.) There was even some rumblings of thunder, but obviously we missed the worst of it. There were downpours and flash flooding in south London plus thunder and lightning.

Yesterday it was partly cloudy, raining off/on, thundering off/on, lighting off/on, foggy off/on and windy.
At night it was foggy on/off, raining on/off and windy.
When I went to bed it was partly foggy, windy and the sun was starting to rise.
When I got up it was partly cloudy, a little foggy and windy.

Yesterday was mostly warm and somewhat humid, except in the afternoon when it bucketed down with rain accompanied by thunder, including a clap right overhead. And accompanied by by lightning, but I don't have a clear view of the sky, so I didn't see any.
Sunny and pleasant this morning, but I'm off to Southampton soon, then on to Bergen (Norway).
