Yesterday I had Rougemont grape juice, water and Pepsi with three toasts made with the rest of the once fresh white bread (no crusts - butter), one Granny Smith apple, meat and vegetables (1/4 of the pork roast [half is left] + 3 white potatoes and brussel sprouts - the vegetables i ate with butter), one slice of the pie, three white uncooked potatoes pan fried in butter with some of the pasta leftovers (added butter on it).

I also took one Centrum flavor burst.

Yesterday I had Rougemont fruit punch, water and Pepsi with three toasts made of white bread (no crusts - 2 with butter + 1 with butter and corn syrup), one Granny Smith apple, Cordon Bleu meat balls and potatoes in gravy, four Compliments mini sugar donuts, the rest of the pasta leftovers with some butter on it with two white uncooked potatoes pan fried in butter and vegetable oil, seven Rolo chocolates, one white uncooked potato pan fried in the grease and butter.

I also took two Centrum flavor burst.

Yesterday I had Rougemont grape juice, water and Pepsi with four toasts made with fresh white bread (no crusts - butter), one Granny Smith apple, food made by mom (white potatoes and carrots boiled with ground beef and sauce and pepper), four Compliments mini sugar donuts, eight Christie premium plus salted crackers, macaroni with sauce made by a friend.

I also took three Centrum flavor burst.

Yesterday I had Rougemont fruit punch and Pepsi with three toasts made with Gadoua white bread (no crusts - 1 with butter + 1 with butter and corn syrup + 1 with butter), one Granny Smith apple (it was so disgusting that after the first bite [i was able to swallow it] i threw it in the compost bin), the pasta leftovers, soft serve ice cream from an ice cream shop in Mont-Joli (it was put in a 1 liter bottle there then in the freezer here), four Compliments mini sugar donuts, rotinis with white mushrooms pan fried in olive oil and onion salt and sauce made by a friend, some more of the soft serve, three white uncooked potatoes pan fried in butter.

I also took one Centrum flavor burst.

Yesterday I had Rougemont grape juice and Pepsi with four toasts made of white bread (no crusts - butter), one Granny Smith apple, one Black Diamond marblelicious cheesestring, meat and vegetables (a small salted pork [the meat was disgusting so after the first bite i stopped eating it] another part of the pork roast [1 is left] 2 white potatoes + broccoli [ate both with butter - some broccoli i did not eat]), two Compliments mini sugar donuts, the rest of the soft serve ice cream (some was left), Compliments pretzel sticks, some of a four cheese pizza from Les Aliments M&M.
