Yesterday I went to bed at 1:15 and got up at 10:49. I washed my bedding, went outside (talked to mom for a short time then went on the beach), watched Chopped Canada at 18:00, Real Time at 20:00 and contacted SFS for a seventieth time. It was an average night and a very bad day.

Yesterday I went to bed at 2:14 and got up at 10:24. I washed a pajama and the underwear worn with it, tried a padded clear sunglasses, gave myself a pedicure and manicure, made an online order, watched Dr Phil at 15:00 (changed the channel at the first commercials - wanted to do that at the end because of his guest and topic but i hated what he said to the parents), SpongeBob SquarePants at 16:30 and 17:30, Judge Judy at 19:00 and 19:30 and contacted SFS for a seventy-second time. It was an average night and a very bad day.

Yesterday I went to bed at 2:40 and got up at 9:07. I went to my 14:30 waxing appointment in Rimouski with my parents and ran errands (first we started at the biggest Jean Coutu then they decided to wait in the parking lot + me and mom with dad waiting outside checked out a few stores in a shopping mall and again with dad outside we both finished at Dollarama ~ Mont-Joli = Ma Cabane De Gaspésie [or something like that - dad had won a 25$ gift certificate] + Metro + dad went to get food in McDonald's), watched Dr Phil at 18:00, the Dallas Stars at 20:00 and contacted SFS for a seventy-third time. It was an average night and a very bad day.

Today I'm off to Sacramento to meet up with sister. It will be 90F, she says, wear something appropriate. Bleah! What's appropriate for that?

This might do. It's a liquid cooling system for astronauts. But I don't seem to have packed one!

I'll be going to the new art museum in Berkeley and this evening will be flying to JFK. Then I think I will be collapsing. But this something to do tomorrow since it will be tomorrow when I get there.
