Yesterday I had IGA fruit punch and Pepsi with three toasts made with white bread (no crusts - butter), one Granny Smith apple, a salad (15% cream + iceberg lettuce) and the rest of mom's food, two Compliments glazed donuts, part of a Les Aliments M&M four cheese pizza, two white uncooked potatoes pan fried in butter (did not eat all that).

I also took one Centrum flavor burst.

Yesterday I had IGA fruit punch and Pepsi with three toasts made of white bread (no crusts - butter), one Granny Smith apple, a few pieces of a St-Hubert chicken, St-Hubert coleslaw, fried rice (vegetable oil + the rest of that chicken + white rice + green onions + soya sauce ~ put the rest in the fridge), one glazed Compliments donut, some of the pizza leftovers and two white uncooked potatoes pan fried in butter.

I also took two Centrum flavor burst.

I also took three Centrum flavor burst.

Yesterday I had IGA fruit punch and Pepsi with four toasts made of white bread (no crusts - butter), one Black Diamond marblelicious cheesestring, some of the rice leftovers, two Pillsbury dough of their strawberry (cannot remember what they call it in english), food made by mom (ground beef + sauce + white potatoes - she did put the rest in the fridge but that meat was not good so i wont eat any of that leftovers), maple taffy, Ruffles nature chips, two white uncooked potatoes with some of the pasta leftovers.

I also took two Centrum flavor burst.
