I was going to get some chocolate for the third period and I almost stepped on a spider! I freaked out because this is scary especially then because when I watch television I take off my socks and I do not put them for the intermissions so I almost stepped on a spider with bare feet! I screamed, dad laughed and mom came to the rescue (she laughed saying this meaning it was small but she still was scared!!!!!!!)!

Just caught two spiders and both were near this room!

The first was small and right by the door of this room and the second was a baby near the door of mom's room which is next to mine, sprayed them with the cheap windex then got them with a mop.

I just spotted another small spider, it's in a bad spot so I will spray a lot of the cheap windex on it and hope that's enough!

A new species of spider, Dolomedes briangreenei, has been discovered in Queensland in Australia.

It's too early for an April Fool. This is a real spider, which really does eat fish, frogs, and tadpoles and the introduced cane toad, making a significant contribution to the management of the pest.

They're good swimmers, but no need for human swimmers to worry. If disturbed they dive under water and swim away quickly to hide on the bottom.

The discovery was announced at the World Science Festival and the spider was named after physicist and World Science Festival co-founder, Brian Greene, professor of physics and mathematics at Columbia University.

Just caught a baby spider on the window where I sleep! There was also a big one but thankfully that one was outside which I have no idea why since it was cold today plus we had a snowstorm!

There was a medium sized spider in this room this morning, saw it before breakfast, asked mom to come get it and she did.
