Yesterday I went to bed at 1:11 and got up at 10:25. I walked, gave myself a pedicure and manicure, made an online order, watched Judge Judy at 16:00, Dr Phil at 19:00 and Canada's Worst Driver at 22:00 (i also finished the planning of the restart - it has to be the last since theres no way i could do it differently + theres my living situation & age & the fact that we do not know what will happen to us the next second). It was a very bad night and a very bad day.

Yesterday I went to bed at 1:50 and got up at 11:36. I walked, watched Dr Phil at 17:00, Judge Judy at 18:30 and the Dallas Stars at 21:00. It was an average night and a very bad day.

The day is half over and one of the things I decided to do today was to stop reading all the negativity on Facebook, which will also spread to my involvement in other sites. Everyone has their right to post what they feel and I must exercise my right not to read or engage - too draining. That is what I will do today. Peace to you all.
