Just came back from a walk.

I went back to the cemetery, this time I went on the right path before the left, I stayed on the left longer than on the right like the last time. I left at 8:51 and came back at 10:04.

When I started the sun was finishing to rise and when I finished it was partly cloudy. The wind was medium and cold.

About three quarters was under the water. There were almost no waves except behind the peak where it was medium (the last time too there was different but i cannot remember exactly how).

I saw Ducks, Crows, Gulls, two other breeds of Bird, Oysters and three other marine animals.

It was dark and overcast this morning. Then it rained a lot. But mid-afternoon, it stopped raining and started to clear. So I went out for a walk. The Sun peeped out from behind the clouds and being low in the sky hit the trees in their autumn foliage sideways. Beautiful. I walked about three miles. So not far, but there's a long very uphill stretch through a cwm.

Hi Mona. I attended a meeting today so no exercise for me except to walk to my mailbox three times.

Just came back from outside.

I went to our tiny bridge then the beach (stayed in front of the house a few seconds then walked a little bit to the right then a little bit to the left where i stopped at a big rock where i sat a few minutes then went back to our tiny bridge before coming back inside).

It was changing, raining on/off and foggy on/off. The wind was small, cold and warm.

The waves were small. Almost everything was under the water.

I saw Ducks and one other breed of Bird.

I drove my MIL to the hospital for an X-ray this morning and the parking lot was so full that I had to park 1/4 mile away from the door. So, I walked through the lot twice today!
