Took a nice jog in the morning a little over 2 miles =)

Just came back from a walk, today I stopped between the eleventh and twelveth electric pole after the forest part.
It was sunny. The wind was strong, cold and warm.
The waves were big. Almost nothing was under the water.
I saw Gulls, Crows, Ducks, Geese and two other breeds of Bird.

It's Wednesday. My two-year old grandson was here. Later this afternoon we walked about 1/2 mile. Earlier in the afternoon we danced a bit with "The Wiggles."

Today, I taught a yoga class. It's a one-hour class for people I work with. I practice with them except when I am watching them, doing hands-on assists, and getting them props so that they don't have to move. It's not as much exercise as taking a yoga class, but it does get me moving.
