Yesterday it was mostly cloudy, raining off/on, foggy off/on and windy on/off.
At night it was raining on/off and windy off/on.
When I went to bed the sun had started to rise and it was windy.
When I got up it was changing and windy.

At night it was windy.
When I went to bed it was windy.
When I got up it was windy and the sun had started to rise.

Where? Just leaving Kirkenes in the far north of Norway, not far from the Russian border. The weather all up the coast has been amazingly mild, though there was a tiny hint of arctic chill in the air in Kirkenes. The Sun was out when we arrived, but it's all clouded out now.
When I was here in March, we saw the partial solar eclipse.
